We all know that corny expression we all love so much: “In order to be loved, one must love themselves first.” Just like a lot of other people, I thought this was nothing less than an old wife’s tale, if you will. But as I went through life, I learned very quickly (and in some cases, the hard way), that it really is true. If you don’t love you, who will?

And I’m not just talking about guys. I’m talking about friends, job interviews, you name it. Confidence is key, ladies, and you really need to remember that. Confidence is sexy, and it’s attractive in more ways than one.

So toot your own horn. There’s nothing wrong with it (as long as you don’t become a stuck up bitch). Smile, laugh, flirt dangerously. Wear your cutest outfit to the supermarket because… well, because you can. Feel good about yahselves!
